Zymergen Inc, which is backed by SoftBank Group, is seeking to raise about $100 million for its U.S. IPO, reported Reuters, citing an SEC filing. Zymergen plans to list its shares on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “ZY”. J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs are the lead underwriters for the offering. Zymergen is a provider of bio-based breakthrough materials using a biofacturing platform.
