Software startup Sprinklr is seeking to raise as much as $380 million for its U.S. IPO, targeting a valuation of about $5 billion, reported Reuters. The newswire noted that the company is planning on 19 million shares priced between $18 and $20 per share. Sprinklr has applied to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “CXM.” Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, Barclays and Wells Fargo Securities are the lead underwriters for the offering. Sprinklr’s backers include Hellman & Friedman, Battery Ventures, Iconiq, Sixth Street, JC2 Ventures and Revolution.
