Solotech has acquired CBCI Telecom Canada, a Montreal-based provider of audiovisual and video conferencing solutions.

Solotech has acquired CBCI Telecom Canada, a Montreal-based provider of audiovisual and video conferencing solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. Ottawa-based Solotech, a provider of audiovisual and entertainment technology, is backed by Claridge, Desjardins Capital and Investissement Québec.
