Somers joins Angle Advisors as director

Angle Advisors has hired Jeremy Somers as a director. Somers’ work background includes stints at Wells Fargo Securities, Deloitte Corporate Finance, McColl Partners and UBS Investment Bank.


Birmingham, Michigan – May 24, 2017 – Angle Advisors announced today that Jeremy Somers has joined the firm as a Director.
Mr. Somers joins Angle Advisors with over 13 years of investment banking experience focused on M&A advisory and capital raising transactions. Prior to joining Angle Advisors, Mr. Somers worked in investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities, Deloitte Corporate Finance, McColl Partners, UBS Investment Bank, and SG Cowen. Mr. Somers has closed over $5 billion in M&A transactions across a range of industries, including general industrial, energy/utilities, technology, consumer products, and healthcare.

Mr. Somers holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. Mr. Somers is a licensed securities representative, holding his Series 7 and 63 registrations.
