DigitalBridge, an Orem, Utah-based provider of information sharing technologies for digital ecosystems, has raised an undisclosed amount of private equity funding from Sorenson Capital Partners.

DigitalBridge(SM), the leader in protected information sharing technologies and solutions for digital ecosystems, today announced that it has received significant funding from Sorenson Capital Partners (SCP), to support its strategic growth for the next several years.

The initial investment by Sorenson Capital will not be disclosed. However, both companies expect that the funding relationship will be a stable one that will be sustained over several years.
