Sound Design Buying Gennum Units

Gennum Corp. (TSX: GND) has agreed to sell its hearing instrument products and manufacturing operations to Sound Design Technologies Ltd., a portfolio company of Gores Equity. The deal is valued at Cnd$14 million in cash, plus another Cdn$1.3 million in possible milestone payments. Genuity Capital Markets advised Gennum on the transaction. www.gennum.com www.gores.com
