SPAC Supernova raises $350m for IPO
Supernova Partners Acquisition Company Inc, a blank check company whose co-leaders include ex-Blackstone executive Robert Reid and Michael Clifton, a principal at Carlyle, has raised $350 million for its IPO after pricing its 35 million shares at $10 per share.
