Ronan Cunningham has joined growth equity investor Spectrum Equity, and will lead the firm’s investor relations activities. He joins from General Atlantic, where he served as senior vice president for capital partnering.
Spectrum Equity, a leading growth equity firm, today announced that Ronan Cunningham has joined to lead the firm’s Investor Relations activities.
Cunningham joins Spectrum from General Atlantic, where he served as Senior Vice President for Capital Partnering.
“Ronan has fantastic credentials in the investor relations arena and a demonstrated track record of building strong and productive relationships with limited partners,” said Vic Parker, Managing Director of Spectrum. “His appointment will materially enhance our investor relations program and we look forward to his leadership in our communication with current and prospective limited partners.”

Prior to General Atlantic, Cunningham was Head of Private Equity at the Irish National Pensions Reserve Fund and served as a Partner at Adams Street Partners. He received a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin and an M.B.A. from INSEAD. He is a member of the CFA Institute and formerly a Board member of the Institutional Limited Partners Association.
