Starr Investment Holdings and Partners Group have completed the acquisition of MultiPlan from Silver Lake and BC Partners. Founded in 1980, MultiPlan delivers transaction-based solutions to healthcare payers.

Today, a group led by Starr Investment Holdings and Partners Group announced the formal completion of its acquisition of MultiPlan, Inc. from Silver Lake and BC Partners.
