Third Stream Biosciences raised $820,000 from 13 accredited investors according to a regulatory filing. The company will use $650,000 of that for the acquisition of other businesses, the filing shows.
The company is still hush, hush and doesn’t even list its business address on its filing. But it does list Rud Istvan as CEO. Istvan won patents for his invention of a “Wireless ecg system,” “Vital signs monitoring assembly having elastomeric connectors,” “Disposable chest assembly” and “Radiolucent chest assembly,” doccuments show.
