Steinour Joins CrossHarbour

Stephen Steinour has joined CrossHarbor Capital Partners, an alternative investment firm focused on real estate, distressed securities and private equity. He previously was president and CEO of Citizens Financial Group.

CrossHarbor Capital Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that Stephen D. Steinour, former President and CEO of Citizens Financial Group is joining the firm. Steinour has broad experience in the financial markets including the capital markets, commercial banking, private equity, commercial real estate and distressed securities. Additionally, Steinour has significant mergers & acquisitions experience having overseen over 26 bank acquisitions while at Citizens. Steinour's vast experience will assist CrossHarbor in growing its already successful platform.

His previous professional experience includes Fleet Financial Group where he was Division Executive of its subsidiary Recoll Management
