Sterling Partners said Thursday that it has acquired Q-Centrix. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Portsmouth, N.H., Q-Centrix is an outsourced provider of healthcare solutions.
CHICAGO, Ill. & PORTSMOUTH, N.H. – January 9, 2013 ET — Sterling Partners, a growth-oriented investment firm with more than $5 billion of assets under management, today announced that it has partnered with Q-Centrix LLC, a leading outsourced healthcare outcomes-data provider focused exclusively on serving the quality departments of acute care hospitals. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
