Anatrace, a portfolio company of StoneCalibre, has closed its buy of Microlytic. No financial terms were disclosed. Microlytic provides life science tools and reagents for the structural biology sector.
Los Angeles, CA (January 6, 2015) – StoneCalibre is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Anatrace, has completed the acquisition of Microlytic, a provider of innovative life science tools and reagents to the structural biology market. Microlytic’s solutions represent the most productive approaches to soluble protein crystallization, which allow researchers to accelerate workflow, increase output quality and help solve the major problem in structural biology: crystal formation.
