Sunbelt Transformer, a portfolio company of Grey Mountain Partners, said Monday it acquired Delta Testing Services Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Bakersfield, California-based Delta Testing is an electrical services company.
SHARON, Pa.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sunbelt Transformer, a Grey Mountain Partners affiliate company, today announced it is acquiring California based Delta Testing Services Inc. (Delta Testing), an electrical services company.
The strategic acquisition of Delta Testing is a key part of Sunbelt’s strategy to broaden its scope of products and services and expand its geographical presence. “We’re extremely excited to have Delta Testing join our organization. Bob Nelson, the company’s founder, will continue in his role as the leader of the Delta Testing segment.
