J.P. Morgan leads $140 mln funding of AppDirect

San Francisco-based AppDirect, a provide of cloud services to power ecommerce, announced it has raised $140 million in funding led by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Also participating in the round are Foundry Group, iNovia Capital, Mithril Capital Management, StarVest Partners and Stingray Digital. Since the company was founded in 2009, it has now raised $245 million in total funding, including an $8.5 million Series A round in 2012.


AppDirect snags $35 mln Series C funds

AppDirect said Thursday that it has closed $35 million in Series C funding. New backer Mithril Capital Management led the round with participation from previous investors that include iNovia Capital and Foundry Group. In addition to the funding, Ajay Royan of Mithril has been added to AppDirect’s board of directors. Based in San Francisco, AppDirect is a cloud service marketplace.

Cloud Service Marketplace AppDirect Raises $8.5M

San Francisco-based AppDirect, which helps users manage their cloud-based software and services, has raised $8.5 million in Series A funding from existing investors iNovia Capital and Stingray Digital.
