Palo Alto, California-based AeroFS, a provider of private cloud collaboration solutions, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Avalon Ventures and NHN Investment led the round. In addition to the funding, Woo Kim of NHN Investment has been added to AeroFS board of directors.

Product intelligence solutions provider Indix has secured $15 million in funding. The investors were Nokia Growth Partners, Nexus Venture Partners and Avalon Ventures.
