IQMS pulls in $40 mln

IQMS, a maker of ERP software, has raised $40 million in funding. The investors were Technology Crossover Ventures and Banneker Partners. In addition to the investment, IQMS has appointed Gary Nemmers as its new CEO while Randy Flamm, the founder of IQMS, will transition to chief product officer and remain as chairman of the board of directors.


AuditFile nets $3 mln

AuditFile has raised $3 million in funding. The investors included Banneker Partners, Tim Draper, Ray Tonsing, Green Visor Capital, Rothenberg Ventures, BoostVC and 500 Startups. Based in San Francisco, AuditFile is a provider of engagement solutions for CPA firms.


TCV, Banneker Partners invest in IQMS
