VC-backed Zuora buys Frontleaf

Zuora has acquired Frontleaf, a customer usage analytics provider. No financial terms were disclosed. Zuora’s backers include Wellington Management Company, BlackRock, Premji, Passport Capital, Benchmark Capital, Greylock Capital, Redpoint Ventures, Index Ventures, Shasta Ventures, Vulcan Capital and Next World Capital.


Domo raises $200 mln at a $2 bln valuation in BlackRock led round

Domo said it raised $200 million of Series D financing in a transaction that valued the company at $2 billion. The round was led by BlackRock, Capital Group and Glynn Capital joined existing investor GGV Capital in the deal. The new money brings Domo’s total funding to more than $450 million.


BlackRock, First Reserve partner on Mexican natural gas pipeline deal

BlackRock and First Reserve have partnered with a subsidiary of Petroleos Mexicanos to buy about 45 percent of the equity interest in two natural gas pipelines — Los Ramones Phase II North and Los Ramones Phase II South. The pipelines are part of a project to build and operate natural gas pipelines to serve as energy infrastructure to transport natural gas from the Eagle Ford shale region in Texas to meet Mexican demand.
