AEG Facilities, AEG's venue management subsidiary and SMG, which is backed by Onex, have agreed to merge to form a global facility management and venue services company. No financial terms were disclosed. The newly combined company will operate as ASM Global and be headquartered in Los Angeles. At the closing of the deal, Onex and AEG's subsidiary will each own 50 percent of ASM Global.

Periscope Equity LLC has made an investment in Power Digital Marketing, a tech-enabled digital marketing agency. No financial terms were disclosed.

BV Investment Partners has recapitalized St. Louis-based Intelliteach, a provider of tech- enabled, business process outsourcing solutions for law and accounting firms. The seller was Dominus Capital LP. No financial terms were disclosed.

VERTU Capital has teamed up with BDC Capital to acquire Toronto-based Firmex, a provider of virtual data rooms and secure document sharing solutions. The seller is Novacap. The Bank of Montreal is providing the debt financing for the transaction that was done in partnership with Firmex executive management team. RBC Capital Markets provided financial advice to Firmex on the deal.

The Antares Bain Capital Complete Financing Solution, a joint venture between Antares and Bain Capital Credit, has provided a credit facility to support Bertram Capital's acquisition of Charlotte, North Carolina-based Flow Control Group, a specialty flow control and fluid handling distribution platform. No financial terms were disclosed.
