Previously, Kenessey worked at The Foundry where he was chief sales and marketing officer as well as Cisco where he served as director of worldwide sales and operations for the company’s intelligent automation business unit. Seattle-based NetMotion is a provider of mobility management solutions.

Clearlake is creating the Pomeroy Group of Companies and merging Pomeroy with portfolio company, Tolt Solutions. Hebron, Kentucky-based Pomeroy provides IT infrastructure solutions and managed services. Natixis and Brightwood Capital Advisors is providing financing. William Blair advised Pomeroy while PJT Partners advised Tolt.
