Dynamic Signal nabs $12 mln Series C

Dynamic Signal, a San Bruno, Calif-based provider of employee advocacy solutions, said Monday that it has raised $12 million in Series C funding. The investors were Rembrandt Venture Partners, Venrock, Trinity Ventures, Time Warner Ventures and Cox Enterprises.

Cox Sells Texas Newspapers to ASP Westward

ASP Westward, a community newspaper publisher owned by American Securities, has agreed to acquire two Texas newspapers from Cox Enterprises Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. The papers are the Longview News-Journal (Longview) and The Marshall News Messenger (Marshall and Harrison County).
