Dexter + Chaney snags funds from Pamlico

Pamlico Capital has made an undisclosed investment in Dexter + Chaney. Greene Holcomb Fisher was the financial advisor on the transaction. Based in Seattle, Dexter + Chaney is a provider of financial and operational management solutions for construction contractors.


Aperion, Falcon Investment to buy Ontario Drive & Gear

Aperion Management and Falcon Investment Advisors, along with company management, are acquiring Ontario Drive & Gear Ltd. Financial terms weren’t announced. Stone Arch Capital is the seller. Ontario Drive & Gear, of Ontario, makes amphibious utility/extreme terrain vehicles for commercial and recreational use under the Argo brand. ORIX Corporate Capital and Ocean Avenue Capital Partners are also investing in the deal. The Bank of Montreal’s Corporate Finance Division is providing financing. Greene Holcomb & Fisher advised Stone Arch Capital/ODG.

PE-backed Tall Tree Foods buys Klement’s

Tall Tree Foods, a portfolio company of Altamont Capital Partners, has acquired Klement Sausage Co. No financial terms were disclosed. Greene Holcomb Fisher advised Klement’s on the transaction. Based in Milwaukee, Klement’s is a sausage maker.

SunTech Medical Group, a supplier of clinical grade non-invasive blood pressure monitoring products and technologies, has been acquired by Halma, a UK-based developer of hazard and life protection products.
