Harmony Partners led the round with participation from Industry Ventures, Adams Street Partners, Crosslink Capital, Trinity Ventures and DFJ Espirit. RBC Capital Markets served as placement agent for the transaction.

OutboundEngine, which provides email and social media marketing services for small businesses, has raised an $11 million Series B round that was led by Silverton Partners. Also participating in the round are Noro-Moseley Partners, Harmony Partners, Altos Ventures and Capital Factory. The Austin, Texas-based company has now raised $17.5 million in total funding.

Harmony Partners led the round, with participation from existing investors Trinity Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners. CrowdFlower has now raised more than $13 million in venture financing.
