Adam Johnston, a member of the private equity team who focuses on secondaries and distressed investments, joined in 2013.

Lawler leads Wind Point's investments in Stir Foods, which makes soups, sauces, dressings and fresh salsa for the retail, industrial and food service customers, and Tropicale Foods, a Hispanic frozen novelties company.

Kaufman previously worked at Levine Leichtman from 2011 to 2016, then worked at Inflexion Private Equity Partners

Tony Vainio joined the firm in 2010 and is a member of the global credit committee and Erik Wong joined in 2007 and is a member of the global co-investment committee

Mani previously worked at CapVest, where he was head of small cap investments

Schwartz joined the firm in 2011, before which he worked at Liberty Partners
