Willcrest Partners and Curran Companies has recapitalized Phoenix-based Precision Aerospace, a provider of metal assemblies for aerospace and industrial applications. No financial terms were disclosed.
Comvest Partners has made an investment in Lockport, New York-based VanDeMark, a chemical company. No financial terms were disclosed. Kirkland & Ellis advised Comvest on the transaction.
Monroe Capital LLC said April 23 that it expanded a loan to TPC Training, a Frontenac portfolio company. TPC is buying National Environmental Trainers Inc and Intelivert. Financial terms weren’t announced. NET provides online environmental, health, and safety training courses to customers across the U.S., primarily focused on hazardous waste training. Intelivert is a workforce safety, compliance and risk management software provider.
Partners Group said April 23 that it agreed to buy CapeOmega. HitecVision is the seller. The deal values CapeOmega at about 1.2 billion euros ($1.35 billion). CapOmega provides infrastructure for transporting natural gas produced on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
Arlington Capital Partners has acquired Triumph Group's forming and fabrication facilities. The acquired assets will operate as Radius Aerospace Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Radius is a provider of fabrications, forming and other vertically integrated products and solutions.
MiddleGround Capital has acquired Southfield, Michigan-based Peterson Spring, a specialty spring manufacturer. No financial terms were disclosed.
Tekni-Plex, a Genstar Capital portfolio company, said April 22 that it agreed to buy three plants from Amcor's flexible packaging business unit. Financial terms weren’t announced. The facilities—located in Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Ashland, Massachusetts— provide a portfolio of sterilizable medical device packaging substrates including coated and uncoated Tyvek®, heat-seal and cold-seal coated paper and films, medical grade laminates and die-cut lids and labels.
ITE Management LP has agreed to sell American Railcar Industries' manufacturing business assets to Greenbrier for $430 million. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc was financial adviser to ARI on the transaction while Willkie Farr & Gallagher acted as legal counsel.
Behrman Capital has acquired Rosemont, Illinois-based Waterline Renewal Technologies, a division of Triwater Holdings. No financial terms were disclosed. Waterline is a provider of trenchless rehabilitation of degraded infrastructure through differentiated products, technologies and services to prevent inflow and infiltration of sewer systems and potable water pipelines.
Stanadyne LLC, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, has acquired Columbia, South Carolina-based Pure Power, a maker of OEM and aftermarket diesel fuel injectors, turbochargers and EGR valves for commercial and off-road vehicles. No financial terms were disclosed. Pure Power is backed by Kensington Capital Partners LLC and The Smithfield Group Limited.
