Palo Alto, California-based Rubrik Inc, a provider of converged data management solutions, has raised $41 million in Series B funding. Greylock Partners led the round with participation from other investors that included Lightspeed Venture Partners.

MuleSoft, a platform provider that helps businesses with connectivity, has secured $128 million in funding. Salesforce Ventures led the round with participation from other investors that included ServiceNow, Cisco Investments, Adage Capital Management, Brookside Capital, Sands Capital Ventures, New Enterprise Associates, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Meritech Capital Partners, Bay Partners and Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. Lightspeed leads funding for marketing software developer Percolate

New  York-based Percolate, which provides a marketing software platform, announced it has raised a $40 million Series C round of funding led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. Existing investors Sequoia Capital, GGV Capital, First Round Capital and Lerer Hippeau Ventures also participated in the round. The company, founded in 2011, has now raised $74.5 million in total venture funding.

Minaee joins Guardiant Health

Guardant Health said Thursday that it hired Mort Minaee as VP of Regulatory Affairs. Most recently, Minaee was the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at Roche-Ventana Medical Systems. Redwood City, California-based Guardant Health, a cancer testing provider, has raised $100 million in VC funding. Investors include Lightspeed Venture Partners, Formation8, Khosla Ventures and Sequoia Capital.

San Francisco-based financial tech company Affirm has secured $275 million in funding. Spark Capital Growth led round with participation from Jefferies, Andreessen Horowitz, Khosla Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners. Affirm was co-founded by Max Levchin, who currently serves as CEO and is a co-founder of PayPal.

Also, BlueVine has named Ido Lustig as vice president of risk management. The company has also added Stewart Wilkinson to its board of directors while Raymond Stern and Taher Behbehani will join BlueVine’s advisory board.

Lightspeed Venture Partners has led a $33 million Series C funding round in Personalis, Inc., a genomics-based clinical diagnostic laboratory.
