LLR Partners backs CaseNEX and Longleaf Solutions’ merger

LLR Partners has made an undisclosed investment to support the merger of educational tech companies CaseNEX and Longleaf Solutions. The combined companies will provide student data analytics, classroom management, teacher professional development and parent communication solutions.


LLR Partners backs CoreDial

Blue Bell, Pennsylvania-based CoreDial, a provider of cloud communications software and services, has closed $27.5 million in funding from LLR Partners. Pacific Crest Securities advised CoreDial on the transaction.


LLR Partners backs CompoSecure

LLR Partners has made an undisclosed investment in CompoSecure. Based in Somerset, New Jersey, CompoSecure is a maker of credit cards.


LLR Partners invests in WennSoft

LLR Partners has made an undisclosed investment in WennSoft Inc. Q Advisors LLC was financial advisor to WennSoft on the transaction. In addition to the funding, John Jazwiec has been named CEO of WennSoft. Jazwiec is the former CEO of FiveCubits and RedPrairie. Based in New Berlin, Wisconsin, WennSoft is a provider of field services software.


LLR invests in Agility Recovery

LLR Partners has invested in Agility Recovery. Financial terms weren’t announced. Generation Partners acquired Agility Recover in 2001 and retains a minority stake. Charlotte, N.C.-based Agility provides disaster recovery solutions. Golub Capital provided debt financing. Raymond James provided financial advice to Agility.

Message Systems pulls in $27 mln

Message Systems, an email infrastructure provider, has received $27 million in funding. The investors were Hercules Technology Growth Capital and return backers LLR Partners and NewSpring Capital.


LLR backs VersionOne

VersionOne, an agile ALM solutions provider, has closed $20 million in funding from LLR Partners. Shea & Company was financial advisor to VersionOne on the transaction. VersionOne is backed by OpenView Venture Partners.


Phreesia nets $30 mln in LLR-led round

​Phreesia has closed $30 million in funding. LLR Partners led the round with participation from HLM Venture Partners and Ascension Ventures. According to the company, the capital will be used for growth, product development and customer acquisition. Based in New York City, Phreesia is a healthcare point-of-service platform.


PE-backed Aasonn appoints new CEO

Aasonn, which is backed by LLR Partners, has named Randy Womack as CEO. Previously, Womack worked at Castlight Health where he served as chief operating officer. Aasonn is a global HR strategy, tech and outsourcing firm.
