VC-backed wireless power company uBeam appoints COO and CFO

Santa Monica, California-based uBeam, a wireless power company, has named Jeff Devine as COO and Monica Hushen as CFO. Most recently, Devine worked at Cisco where he served as vice president of supply chain management while Hushen oversaw finance for Palm’s global operations. UBeam’s backers include Upfront Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, Ludlow Ventures, Mark Cuban, Marissa Mayer and Tony Hsieh.
