Cardinal Partners, Galen Partners, Long River Ventures, Mass Ventures and Partners Innovation Fund also participated in the round. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc was the placement agent. Headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts, LifeIMAGE is a medical image exchange platform provider.

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners has made an undisclosed investment in Allied Aerofoam Products LLC. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick LLP advised Allied Aerofoam on the transaction while Vedder Price P.C. advised LLCP. Based in Tampa, Florida, Allied Aerofoam is a foam fabricator of products that include pet beds, packaging, specialty children’s furniture and marine cushions.

Summitview Capital-led consortium to buy ISSI for $19.25 per share

A Chinese consortium of investors led by Summitview Capital has agree to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Integrated Silicon Solution Inc for $19.25 per share in cash. The transaction is expected to be completed in the third calendar quarter of this year. Oppenheimer & Co. is serving as financial advisor to ISSI on the deal while Needham & Company is serving as financial advisor to the consortium. Based in Silicon Valley, ISSI is a fabless semiconductor company.

GE Antares Capital adds Reiner to team

Yair Reiner has joined GE Antares Capital as an aerospace and government services analyst at its New York office. Previously, Reiner worked at Oppenheimer & Co. where he served as a senior analyst for aerospace and defense.

Goldman Sachs and Barclays Capital acted as book running managers and William Blair, Cowen & Co. and Oppenheimer & Co. acted as underwriters.
