Zuora said it raised a $115 million Series F round of financing in a deal that brought in new investors Wellington Management Company, BlackRock, Premji and Passport Capital. San Francisco-based on-demand parking service Luxe has received $20 million in Series A funding. The investors were Venrock and Redpoint Ventures. Solarflare taps ex-VSP Capital GP Hamm for board

Solarflare has named John Hamm to its board of directors. Hamm is a former GP at VSP Capital and venture partner at Redpoint Ventures. Based in Irvine, Calif., Solarflare is a provider of application-intelligent networking software and hardware.

Microsoft buys VC-backed Acompli
