Lytics snags $7 mln in round led by Comcast Ventures

Portland, Oregon-based Lytics, an adaptive digital marketing solutions provider, has raised $7 million in Series A funding. Comcast Ventures led the round with participation from other investors that included Rembrandt Venture Partners and Voyager Capital.


Netuitive secures $6.5 mln funding

Netuitive, a provider of IT analytics, has secured an additional $6.5 million in equity financing. The financing was led by MK Capital and Rembrandt Venture Partners. Cross Creek Advisors and Columbia Capital also participated.


Rembrandt Venture Partners leads $22 mln Series D funding in Appcelerator

Rembrandt Venture Partners has led a $22 million Series D funding round in Appcelerator, which provides an enterprise mobile engagement platform. Other participants in the funding round include new investor Union Grove Venture Partners, and existing investors Storm Ventures, Sierra Ventures, Mayfield Fund, Translink Capital, Relay Ventures and EDB Investments.


Dynamic Signal nabs $12 mln Series C

Dynamic Signal, a San Bruno, Calif-based provider of employee advocacy solutions, said Monday that it has raised $12 million in Series C funding. The investors were Rembrandt Venture Partners, Venrock, Trinity Ventures, Time Warner Ventures and Cox Enterprises.

Autopilot snags $10 mln Series B

According to a blog post on its site, Autopilot has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Rembrandt Venture Partners led the round with participation from Southern Cross Venture Partners, Blackbird, Tim Draper and Terry & Katrina Garnett. In addition to the funding, Scott Irwin, a partner at Rembrandt Venture Partners, has been added to the board of directors. Based in San Francisco, Autopilot is a marketing automation platform. Concurrent Raises $4M From True, Rembrandt

Concurrent, Inc. said it raised $4 million of Series A funding in a deal led by True Ventures and Rembrandt Venture Partners. The San Francisco company previously raised a $900,000 seed investment in August 2011. The new money will go to product development and for new hires. Concurrent also named Gary Nakamura as CEO.

Zenprise Appoints President and CEO

Zenprise, a secure mobile device management provider, has appointed Amit Pandey as president and chief executive officer, effective immediately. The company raised $30 million growth financing in October last year. Greylock Leads $30M Round for Zenprise

Zenprise Inc. has raised $30 million in new financing led by Greylock Partners. The round, which included participation from existing shareholders Rembrandt Venture Partners, Ignition Partners, Bay Partners, Mayfield and Shasta Ventures, will be used for growth. Zenprise, a maker of mobile device management software, aims to bolders its product development, sales and marketing efforts. Zenprise also announced that Asheem Chandna of Greylock has been named to the board.

Motorola Mobility Invests in Ooyala

Rembrandt Venture Partners Adds Michael Baum

Michael Baum has joined early stage firm Rembrandt Venture Partners as a venture partner. Prior to joining Rembrandt he was founder and chief executive of Splunk, a “big data” software company. Michael has also co-founded Collation, which was acquired by IBM; dotBank, which was bought by Yahoo!; and Reality, which was acquired by Reuters. Earlier in his career, Baum was VP e-Commerce Services at Yahoo! and VP e-Commerce at InfoSeek/Disney.

Allegiance Inks $12M Series B

Allegiance Inc. has raised $12 million in Series B financing. New investor El Dorado Ventures led the round, which included funding from Rembrandt Venture Partners and Allegis Capital. The company, based in Salt Lake City, makes cloud-based technology to help companies better analyze and apply customer and employee feedback.

InsideView Inks $12M Series C

Foundation Capital, Emergence Capital Partners, Rembrandt Venture Partners and Greenhouse Capital Partners have funded a third round for InsideView to the tune of $12 million. Foundation led the Series C found, which is designed to help InsideView expand distribution of its sales intelligence platform. As a result of the round, Foundation General Partner Paul Holland joins the company’s board.

Zenprise in $9 million financing round

Zenprise Inc. announced Wednesday a $9 million round of financing. Rembrandt Venture Partners led the round, which also included Ignition Partners, Bay Partners, Mayfield and Shasta Ventures. Zenprise, of Fremont, Calif., provides enterprise mobile management and device management software.
