Bullpen leads funding round for SendHub

SendHub, which provides a business phone system for mobile devices, announced a $5 million Series B round of funding led by Bullpen Capital. Kapor Capital, Menlo Ventures, Seraph Group and Eric Ries also participated in the round. The Menlo Park, Calif.-based company has now raised $10 million in total funding.

Fundly, a cloud-based social fundraising platform for non-profits, has raised $5 million in financing led by Morgenthaler Ventures. Seed investors Kapor Capital, Correlation Ventures, Seraph Group, and Accelerator Ventures also participated in the round. Individual investors Konstantin Othmer and Bruce Leak led the round, with participation from Seraph Group, Aquinas Companies and TIBCO Software co-founder Jeff Risberg. The company, based in Menlo Park, Calif., will use the new cash to expand its marketing and sales efforts.

Silver Tail Systems Inc., which develops predictive analytics for detection and prevention of online fraud and abuse, has closed a Series B round with roughly $20 million. Andreessen Horowitz led the round, with participation from Leapfrog Ventures, Seraph Group, and StartUp Capital Ventures. Scott Weiss, general partner at Andreessen Horowitz, has joined Silver Tail System’s board as a result of the round.
