Esterline sells Pacific Aerospace & Electronics to ShoreView

Esterline Corp. said Monday that it has sold its Pacific Aerospace & Electronics unit to ShoreView Industries. Financial terms weren’t announced. Wenatchee, Washington-based Pacific Aerospace produces electronics packaging and connector products as well as machining and sealing processes to protect equipment in the defense, medical, oil & gas and other industrial markets. Zachary Scott & Co. advised Esterline.

Wynnchurch promotes four to MD

Wynnchurch Capital has promoted Brian Crumbaugh, Greg Gleason, Neel Mayenkar and Michael Teplitsky to managing director. Prior to joining Wynnchurch, Crumbaugh worked at ShoreView Industries and Piper Jaffray while Gleason was at Houlihan Lokey and Bank of America. Mayenkar’s work background includes positions at Houlihan Lokey and at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Teplitsky’s resume has stints at Lime Rock Partners and at UBS Investment Bank.

ShoreView Industries Buys Tex Tech

Tex Tech Industries was sold to ShoreView Industries. Financial terms weren’t announced. Peninsula Capital Partners was the seller. Portland, Maine-based Texas Tech develops and makes engineered, high-performance materials for niche applications. BlackArch Partners, which advised Texas Tech, announced the sale Monday.

ShoreView Recaps Abrasive Products & Equipment

ShoreView Industries has sponsored a recapitalization of Abrasive Products & Equipment LLC, a Deer Park, Texas-based distributor of portable air blast and related equipment for the Gulf Coast Region. No financial terms were disclosed, except that Amalgamated Capital provided a senior secured credit facility.
