FTV Capital to exit Trustwave

Singtel has agreed to buy a 98 percent stake in Trustwave in a deal valued at $810 million. FTV Capital invested in Trustwave, a Chicago-based enterprise cybersecurity company, in 2004.

DemystData rakes in $5 mln Series A

Software provider DemystData has received $5 million in Series A funding. The investors included Notion Capital, SingTel Innov8, Arbor Ventures, P2P Equity Partners, Accion Venture Lab and Arbor Ventures. According to the firm, the capital infusion will be used for growth and expansion.

SingTel Acquires Pixable for $26.5M

Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) is acquiring the smartphon app Pixable for $26.5 million.
