SoftBank leads $59 mln Series C funding in Cybereason

SoftBank Corp led a $59 million Series C funding in cybersecurity company Cybereason, which was founded by members of the Israeli intelligence agency’s cybersecurity unit. Other investors in the funding include CRV and Spark Capital. As part of the deal, SoftBank and Cybereason will build a service that helps Japanese organizations defend against cyber attacks.


Cinarra Systems scores $20 mln Series B

Cinarra Systems has raised $20 million in Series B funding. SoftBank Corp led the round with participation from Almaz Capital and Siguler Guff & Company. Cinarra is a tech startup that is developing analytic technologies and mediation platforms for the mobile sector.
