Validity Sensors Secures $20m Series E led by TeleSoft Partners

Validity Sensors, a Natural ID™ authentication business has secured approval for $20 million in Series E financing. The first closing of $10 million took place on October 4th, 2012 and was led by TeleSoft Partners, along with full participation from existing investors, including Crosslink Capital, Panorama Capital, Qualcomm Ventures and Venture Tech Associates.

LogLogic, a San Jose, Calif.-based developer of log lifecycle management appliances, has raised $8.8 million to support its recent acquisition of Exaprotect, a Mountain View, Calif.-based security management business.
