Digital health startup Lumity raises $14 mln

San Mateo, Calif.-based Lumity, a provider of a healthcare and benefits analysis platform, has raised a $14 million Series A round of funding led by The Social+Capital Partnership. True Ventures and Rock Health, which previously invested an undisclosed amount of seed funding in the company, also participated in the Series A round. As part of the funding, Mamoon Hamid, general partner at s23p, has joined the board.

NoRedInk pulls in $6 mln in True Ventures-led round

San Francisco-based education company NoRedInk has secured $6 million in Series A funding. True Ventures led the round with participation from The Social+Capital Partnership, Kapor Capital and ReThink Education. In addition to the financing, Jon Callaghan of True Ventures has been added to NoRedInk’s board of directors.


Scale Venture Partners leads $25 mln Series C funding in OneLogin

Scale Venture Partners has led a $25 million Series C funding round in OneLogin, which provides cloud-based identity and access management. Existing investors CRV and The Social+Capital Partnership also participated in the funding round. Rory O’Driscoll, partner at Scale Venture Partners, will join OneLogin’s board. The company has now raised a total of $44 million.


KPCB leads Series C round for Remind

Remind said Tuesday that it has raised $40 million in Series C funding. Return backer Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers led the round with participation from The Social+Capital Partnership and First Round Capital. Remind is a mobile communication product for teachers, students and parents.


GetSet secures seed funds

GetSet has announced $2.5 million in seed funding from Chicago Ventures, KGC Capital, The Social+Capital Partnership, G2T3V and the founders of Braintree, Fieldglass and Flutter. GetSet is a psychology-based social productivity tool that increases user retention.


Syapse raises $10 mln Series B

Software company Syapse has raised $10 million in Series B financing, led by Safeguard Scientifics with participation from Series A investor, The Social+Capital Partnership. To date, Syapse has raised a total of $14.5 million.

Netskope nets $35 mln Series C funds

Netskope said Thursday that it has secured $35 million in Series C funding. Accel Partners led the round with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners and The Social+Capital Partnership. In addition to the funding, Eric Wolford, a partner at Accel Partners, will join Netskope’s board. Headquartered in Los Altos, Calif., Netskope is a provider of cloud app analytics.


Index Ventures and Ribbit Capital backs Wealthfront

According to a blog post on its site, Wealthfront has closed $35 million in funding. Index Ventures and Ribbit Capital led the round with participation from investors that included The Social+Capital Partnership, Greylock Partners and DAG Ventures. Intercom raises Series B led by Bessemer Venture Partners

Intercom has raised $23 million in its Series B financing round, bringing its total funding to $30 million. This comes just six months after Intercom announced its Series A. Bessemer Venture Partners led the round with participation from Series A investor The Social+Capital Partnership. Bessemer partner Ethan Kurzweil will join the company’s board.

Replicon Raises $20M to Help Track Employee Time

Replicon Inc., which provides cloud-based timesheet software to track employee time and expenses, announced it has raised US$20 million in Series A funding led by U.S. venture capital firms Emergence Capital Partners and The Social+Capital Partnership. The company, which has offices in Calgary, Alberta, and San Mateo, Calif., was founded in 1996. Replicon will use the new funds to support growth, with a focus on continued development of its direct sales channel, and extending its reach into Europe and APAC.

Infer Raises $10M From Redpoint, Andreessen, Sutter Hill, Others

Infer Inc. said it raised $10 million in Series A funding in a deal led by Redpoint Ventures and joined by Andreessen Horowitz, Social+Capital Partnership, Sutter Hill Ventures, and angel investors. Infer helps businesses accurately predict and act on their highest potential customers. Infer is developing software that helps companies identify high potential customers.

Lemon Secures $8m Series A

Mobile money management app provider Lemon has secured $8 million in Series A capital investment to fuel the launch of its Smarter Wallet. The round was led by Maveron, a consumer-tech-focused firm co-founded by Starbucks’ Howard Schultz with investments in Shutterfly, eBay and Zulily.
