BetterCloud grabs $25 mln

New York City-based BetterCloud, a provider of critical insights, automated management and intelligent data security for cloud office platforms, has raised $25 million in funding. Accel led the round with participation from all previous backers that included Flybridge Capital Partners, Greycroft Partners through its new Greycroft Growth Fund, Tribeca Venture Partners, New Amsterdam Growth Capital and Millennium Technology Value Partners.

Lendio nabs $20.5 mln

Utah-based small business lending marketplace Lendio has secured $20.5 million in funding. The investors were Napier Park‘s Financial Partners Group, Blumberg Capital, North Hill Ventures, Pivot Investment Partners and previous backers Tribeca Venture Partners, Runa Capital and Highway 12 Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Dan Kittredge, managing director at Napier Park, and Chris Gottschalk, principal at Blumberg Capital, have been appointed to Lendio’s board of directors.

Truveris nets $12.75 mln Series C

Truveris said Friday that it has closed $12.75 million in Series C funding. Canaan Partners led the round with participation from return backers New Leaf Venture Partners, Tribeca Venture Partners, New Atlantic Ventures and First Round. Based in New York City, Truveris is a platform for pharmacy pricing and benefits analysis.

LeadiD has raised $7 million in Series A funding from Comcast Ventures and Tribeca Venture Partners. Genacast Ventures, which led LeadiD’s seed funding, also participated in this round. Founded in January 2011, LeadiD provides an open technology platform that enables the tracking of origin and history for lead-generation events online.

Thayer Street Partners led the round with participation from Canaan Partners, Tribeca Venture Partners, TTV Capital, Contour Venture Partners, former Thomson Reuters CEO Tom Glocer and Matt Coffin, founder of LowerMyBills. Headquartered in New York City, ShopKeep is a provider of cloud-based point of sale software for managing retail shops and restaurants.
