Edo Interactive raises $20 mln, names Badran CEO

Edo Interactive said Wednesday that it raised a $20 million Series E round of financing from existing major investors including VantagePoint Capital Partners, Baird Capital, and a number of Nashville-based investment firms. Edo also said it named Souheil Badran as its President and CEO. Badran succeeds founder Ed Braswell, who remains active with the company as Executive Vice Chairman. Edo, with offices in Chicago, Nashville and London, provides digital and mobile advertising solutions.

New investors in the funding include Sustainable Conversion Ventures.
