Boot Barn closes Sheplers buy

Boot Barn Holdings Inc., a portfolio company of Freeman Spogli & Co., has closed its previously announced buy of Sheplers Inc. Wichita, Kansas-based Shelpers is a western wear retailer. Wells Fargo Bank, National Association and GCI Capital Markets LLC provided financing.
