Security startup Twistlock emerges from stealth, announces seed funding

Twistlock, a provider of enterprise security services, announced it has raised $2.5 million in seed funding led by YL Ventures. Twistlock, which has offices in San Francisco and Tel-Aviv, Israel, was co-founded in January 2015 by Ben Bernstein and Dima Stopel. As part of the funding, Yoav Leitersdorf, managing partner for YL Ventures, has joined the board.


VC-backed BlazeMeter buys Loadosophia

BlazeMeter, which is backed by YL Ventures and GIilot Capital Partners, has acquired Loadosophia, a provider of analytics technology for JMeter users. No financial terms were disclosed. Also, the company has named Andrey Pokhilko, Loadosophia and JMeter-Plugins.org founder, as chief scientist.

Israeli cyber security startup Hexadite nets $2.5 mln

Hexadite, which has emerged from stealth mode, said Tuesday that it has raised $2.5 million in seed funding. YL Ventures led the round with participation from Moshe Lichtman, a former corporate vice president at Microsoft. Based in Tel Aviv, Hexadite is a cyber security solutions provider.


YL Ventures leads Series A round for BlazeMeter

BlazeMeter said Tuesday that it has raised $6.5 million in Series A financing. Existing backer YL Ventures led the round with participation from Glilot Capital Partners. BlazeMeter is a mobile performance testing platform.
