Talara Capital Management, LLC (“Talara”), a New York-based investment firm focused on the global resource and industrial sectors, today announced the firm has led a $60 million line of equity investment to fund Viola Oil & Gas Holdings, LLC (“Viola”), a Houston, Texas based exploration and production company focused on the identification and development of crude oil resources in the Mid-Continent.
Viola was recently formed by Sean L. Fitzgerald, President; Michael E. Rozenfeld, Vice President of Reservoir and Kristopher R. Johnson, Vice President of Operations. Viola will focus its exploration and production activities in the Mid-Continent, with a particular emphasis on the drilling and completion of modern vertical wells.
