Teakwood Capital is pleased to announce a material growth equity investment in SigmaFlow, a leader in Business Process software solutions for achieving operational excellence and compliance in emerging energy production and distribution markets.
SigmaFlow’s software platform provides customers unprecedented visibility into real-time business data and analytics thus delivering increased productivity, consistency, and quality while lowering costs. The platform is currently tailored for upstream oil and gas Well Process Management (“WPM”) and the power industry’s North American Electric Reliability Corporation (“NERC”) compliance management processes. The company plans to expand its offerings as it incorporates industry-specific domain knowledge for adjacent markets.
The Plano, Texas based company has an impressive customer roster, including large multinationals, top-tier energy exploration and production companies, and leading utilities.
