Telus International, an affiliate of wireless carrier Telus Corp, aims to raise as much as US$833 million in its initial public offering, valuing the Vancouver-based business at nearly US$7 billion, Reuters reported.

Telus International, an affiliate of wireless carrier Telus Corp, aims to raise as much as US$833 million in its initial public offering, valuing the Vancouver-based business at nearly US$7 billion, Reuters reported. Telus International plans to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “TIXT”. The company previously said its IPO includes a secondary offering by Telus Corp and Baring Private Equity Asia, which acquired a minority stake in Telus International in 2016.
