The Jordan Company LP has agreed to recapitalize Jamaica, New York-based Quick International Courier, a provider of courier and priority freight services. No financial terms were disclosed.
New York, NY: February 23, 2017 – Quick International Courier, Inc. (“Quick” or the “Company”) today announced that the ownership group has agreed to execute a recapitalization in partnership with an affiliate of The Jordan Company, L.P.
