Thoma Bravo has agreed to buy Wayne, Pennsylvania-based Elemica, a supply chain operating network for the process sectors. No financial terms were disclosed. Houlihan Lokey acted as financial advisor to Elemica on the transaction.

Financial details were not disclosed. This transaction will expand the capabilities of Elemica’s innovative supply chain solutions.
