SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Thoma Bravo LLC, a leading private equity investment firm, has completed its acquisition of MedeAnalytics Inc., a provider of cloud-based financial performance analytics for the healthcare industry. Prior investors Bain Capital Ventures and Emergence Capital Partners will remain minority shareholders. Financial details were not disclosed.
