Thoma Bravo closes SailPoint buy

Thoma Bravo said Monday it closed its investment in SailPoint. Financial terms for the deal,  announced in August, were not revealed. Austin-based SailPoint provides identity and access management services.


San Francisco and Austin – Sept. 8, 2014 – Thoma Bravo, LLC, a leading technology-focused private equity investment firm, announced today the closing of its majority investment in SailPoint, the leader in identity and access management (IAM) solutions. The agreement was announced on August 12. Financial terms were not disclosed.
