TierPoint seeks investor: Bloomberg

TierPoint is exploring strategic options including raising new equity, Bloomberg reported. TierPoint, which provides data centers and other technology, seeking an equity injection of $250 million to $500 million, the story said. TierPoint investors include RedBird Capital Partners, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and TA Associates, Bloomberg said.
