Tiger Infrastructure Partners has made an financing commitment to Pasadena, California-based Strategic Venue Partners, a newly formed company that will provide wireless infrastructure solutions for enterprise in-building distributed antenna systems. No financial terms were disclosed.
Los Angeles, CA, June 1, 2017—Strategic Venue Partners, Inc. (“SVP” or the “Company”) announced today the formation of an innovative company focused on comprehensive wireless infrastructure solutions for enterprise in-building distributed antenna systems (“DAS”). Its founders, Rich Grimes and Chad Aaron, have over 20 years of industry experience. Tiger Infrastructure Partners LP (“Tiger”), a leading mid-market private equity firm that invests in growing infrastructure platforms, is SVP’s financial partner.
SVP will provide its customers end-to-end solutions to help them seamlessly navigate the complexities of the Wireless Infrastructure market. SVP’s unique approach includes:
